Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat. Your goal is to deliver clear answers, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customers enjoy a smooth and positive experience at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers professionally and warmly across phone, email, and chat channels

  • Address a variety of questions, including service details, account assistance, and basic troubleshooting

  • Offer guidance, resolve concerns, and make sure customers feel supported throughout their interaction

  • Accurately log cases and maintain thorough, updated records of all communications

  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters in line with established protocols

  • Work closely with internal teams to provide precise, timely solutions

  • Meet service quality standards and response time goals consistently

  • Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and best practices to deliver exceptional support

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
