Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling requests by phone, email, and live chat. Your mission is to provide clear information, solve problems efficiently, and ensure every customer has a smooth, positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional way via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle a wide range of inquiries, from service questions and account support to basic troubleshooting

  • Guide customers through solutions, address concerns, and ensure they feel heard and supported

  • Record cases accurately and keep detailed, up-to-date interaction logs

  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quick, accurate resolutions

  • Consistently meet quality targets and response-time expectations

  • Keep current on product updates, company policies, and support best practices to maintain excellent service

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
