Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat. Your mission will be to provide clear solutions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to a wide range of inquiries, from service information to account support and troubleshooting

  • Provide guidance, resolve concerns, and ensure customers feel supported throughout their journey

  • Accurately document cases and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions

  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely resolutions

  • Consistently achieve service quality and response time targets

  • Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry best practices to deliver top-tier support

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
