Papayya is reshaping the online personal training landscape by combining AI with human expertise to deliver live, individualized training sessions at an accessible price point. Our platform tackles common fitness challenges such as motivation, affordability, and schedule flexibility, expanding access to high-quality personal training. Led by experienced entrepreneurs and fitness professionals, Papayya is committed to transforming the fitness industry through innovation, technology, and a user-first approach.

To support our growth, we are looking for an
Account Manager
to strengthen our relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring an excellent service experience
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle
  • Oversee onboarding, ongoing support, and retention processes
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Papayya services
  • Collect and organize client and user feedback for continuous product improvement
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams on initiatives and campaigns
  • Prepare simple performance reports related to client accounts and implemented actions

Mandatory Requirements

  • University degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
    ; the role will be performed almost entirely in English
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities
  • Proactive and autonomous mindset with a focus on execution and results
  • Good digital literacy

Preferred

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in similar commercial roles (including internships) and experience working in fast-paced environments - nice to have
  • Interest in technology, digital products, and/or fitness/health
  • Eligibility for IEFP professional internship
