As we continue to scale, we're looking for a
Account Manager / Operations Manager
to play a central role in managing client relationships, improving operational processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Lead onboarding, support, retention, and performance follow-up processes
  • Identify opportunities to expand service usage (upsell/cross-sell) and support commercial initiatives
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize client and user feedback to inform product and operational improvements
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Training teams on coordinated initiatives
  • Produce periodic performance reports and follow-up plans for client accounts
  • Support operational routines, help structure processes, and contribute to continuous improvement within the company

Mandatory Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory) — daily communication will be primarily in English
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and focus on execution
  • High digital literacy and comfort working with modern SaaS tools

Preferred Qualifications

(Nice to have, not mandatory)

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups, digital products, tech companies)
  • Interest in fitness, health, digital well-being, or consumer apps
