Events Operation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, event managers, in-house creatives, and external vendors to ensure all aspects of event planning and execution are aligned with client and project goals.
  • Apply for the necessary event licenses and permits through relevant Portuguese authorities, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the setup and production on-site, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of high-quality events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful and impactful events.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from small corporate events to large-scale public gatherings or exhibitions.
  • Handle logistics and maintain inventory control for all event-related equipment and materials.

Requirements

  • A strong network of reliable suppliers, contractors, and event partners in Portugal.
  • Solid hands-on experience and knowledge of audiovisual systems and technologies.
  • Independent decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in crisis management and quick problem-solving during live events.
  • Exceptional time-management and multitasking capabilities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for events and experiential activations.
  • Calm, resourceful, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred.
