One of our clients based in Cape Town, is seeking a Municipal Liaison Officer.

They are looking for a proactive Municipal Liaison Officer to handle all municipal signage applications / approvals, compliance checks, and relationship management with local authorities. The Ideal candidate is organised, well-spoken, and confident navigating municipal processes and are familiar with outdoor signage bylaws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit and Track applications
  • Liaise with Municipal Officials and Departments
  • Ensure all applications meets regulatory and bylaw requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and approval records
  • Provide updates to project managers and clients on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and admin skills
  • Experience with Municipal Processes (Advantageous)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
