Job Overview


  • We are seeking highly skilled professionals to manage the Order to Cash (O2C) process including Invoicing accounts receivable and customer account reconciliations, Follow-up on outstanding and overdue payments Resolution of billing discrepancies Communication with customers and internal teams Compliance with financial procedures Contribution reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process. This includes:

  • Invoicing accounts receivable
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • FOLLOW-UP ON OUTSTANDING AND OVERDUE PAYMENTS
  • RESOLUTION OF BILLING DISCREPANCIES COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS AND INTERNAL TEAMS COMPLIANCE WITH FINANCIAL PROCEDURES CONTRIBUTION REPORTING PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING INVOICINGS ACCOUNT RECONCILIATIONS FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATION ETC...
