What will you be doing?

  • Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Handle account queries, product troubleshooting, and service questions

  • Deliver a positive and solution-oriented customer experience

  • Follow company guidelines and meet performance KPIs

  • Work as part of a friendly and dynamic international team

What do we need from you?

  • German at a C2 level 

  • English B2+ for internal communication

  • Great communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure

  • Motivation to grow in a customer-focused career

  • EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
