We're hiring a highly motivated
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join Relive as we enter our next phase of nationwide, exponential growth. In this role, you'll lead the strategic recruitment of licensed agents, team leaders, and teams, helping scale Relive from 4 to 50 states across the United States.

About The Role

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where your results directly impact the company's success. You'll own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for U.S. expansion, with full autonomy, clear targets, and direct accountability for market launches and agent growth.

You'll work closely with the Founders (CEO and CSO) to identify high-potential U.S. markets, recruit the first top-producing agents and teams, and help establish scalable recruitment engines in each new state.

Location

  • Lisbon, Portugal (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Requirements

  • Excellent English, written and spoken
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of experience in headhunting or talent acquisition, ideally in real estate or commission-based sales
  • Proven track record of recruiting senior, revenue-driving profiles
  • Strong social media outreach and headhunting skills, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • High energy and confidence to connect daily with top agents via calls, social media, and meetings
  • Strong motivation for performance-based compensation and measurable KPIs
  • Ability to independently manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple competitive markets

Job Description

  • Recruit New Agents:
    Lead initial recruiting efforts in new markets. This includes screening applications, conducting call screenings, building and maintaining agent talent pipelines, and guiding initial agents through onboarding to establish early traction in each market.

  • Headhunt Top Agents:
    Leverage your headhunting expertise (especially on social media) to identify and engage top-producing agents and team leaders. Connect them with the Founders for final interviews. Build strong relationships, clearly articulate Relive's value proposition, and successfully close top talent that drives credibility and momentum in each market.

  • Support Launch & Growth:
    Work closely with top agents as they build their local teams. Participate in early recruiting calls and provide strategic guidance to accelerate growth in each market.
