This role will be closely linked to the German Analytics & Consulting team. This IQVIA team works with headquarter clients and local affiliates in Germany on commercial challenges along the entire lifecycle of a product. The project range includes market and competitor assessments, forecasts, development of go-to-market strategies, customer segmentations and performance tracking.

Your Tasks:

As an Analyst you will actively participate in developing and delivering consulting projects for German headquarters clients and affiliates.

• Conduct Analysis and derive actionable insights based on IQVIA data assets using programming languages such as SAS, Python and others.

• Work closely with a project manager in Portuguese/German team on market assessments, customer targeting, segmentation, performance tracking and other project types.

• Ensure high quality deliverables of results present approaches, findings and recommendations within team and client meetings or workshops.

• Learn and apply consulting methodologies and gain insight knowledge of the (German) life science market through ongoing project work and participation in formal / informal learning opportunities.

• Contribute to internal initiatives and support service/product and business development.

• Work collaboratively with German and Portuguese colleagues in a hybrid model.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic track record, focused on complex research and targeted solutions.

• Excellent analytical skills, data-driven, and experienced with large data sets.

• Effective team player with confident communication skills, including remote settings; thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Advanced user of Excel & PowerPoint; interest in or understanding of programming languages.

• Interest in healthcare/life sciences, ideally with initial experience in consulting or a healthcare company.

• Fluent in English (Its 'a MUST); German language skills are a PLUS.

• Willing to work remotely with the German team and travel to Germany for onboarding and project-specific needs.
