A IMPRESS - Ortodontia transparente - está a recrutar Gestor de Pacientes para reforçar o cuidado aos seus pacientes na ZONA SUL do país.
O que procuramos:
- Experiência em funções comerciais de contacto com o público
- Será valorizada a experiência em funções similares (clínicas dentárias)
- Formação mínima ao nível do 12º ano de escolaridade;
- Bons conhecimentos de informática;
- Fluência em Inglês (preferencial)
O que será o dia a dia deste gestor:
- Fazer parte integrante das consultas de avaliação para tratamentos de Ortodontia transparente, em equipa com o médico dentista e a assistente dentária
- Acompanhar os pacientes IMPRESS durante todo o processo de consulta, produção de tratamento, início de tratamento e finalização
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos KPI's propostos pela empresa
