THE ROLE
The Marketplace Head of Account Management plays a pivotal role in rebuilding and strengthening Indie Campers' Marketplace supply. You will lead the strategy and execution behind acquiring, activating, and retaining third-party (3P) hosts — ensuring the availability, quality, and competitiveness of our listings. As the primary owner of host relationships, you will drive the commercial and operational framework that underpins Marketplace growth.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Lead, coach, and scale the Account Management team responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing Marketplace hosts across key markets.
  • Own the host lifecycle: drive activation, engagement, and retention to ensure a stable, profitable, and high-quality 3P supply base.
  • Optimise host acquisition and onboarding funnels to reduce cost per acquisition and increase conversion to active, bookable listings.
  • Monitor and improve core host performance metrics such as nights bookable, acceptance rate, responsiveness, pricing competitiveness, and listing quality.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Customer Experience, and Product to enhance host tools, processes, and support, directly impacting Marketplace revenue and traveler satisfaction.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A commercially driven leader with 5+ years of experience in account management, partner success, supply management, or marketplace operations, ideally in travel, mobility, or tech.
  • Someone who excels at building relationships, interpreting KPIs, and turning insights into clear strategic and operational improvements.
  • A team-focused, host-centric leader with strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to balance partner satisfaction with business profitability.
