Our work spans every market and industry, from emerging tech to fast-growing consumer verticals, enabling our clients to validate investment theses, understand competitive landscapes, and inform strategic change.

The Role

As a Consultant in the Client Service team, you will act as the critical link between our clients and the expert knowledge they need, owning research, outreach and engagement from start to finish.

This is a dynamic, communication-intensive role.

You'll run multiple live client projects in parallel, most of which require high-volume expert outreach via phone and professional messaging.

What You Will Do

Manage research and delivery for client briefs, understanding commercial context and priority

Identify and screen highly relevant industry experts for relevance and credibility

Engage experts through proactive phone outreach and professional communication

Overcome objections, build rapport, and secure expert participation on client calls

Present expert profiles to clients with clarity and precision, to influence their decision-making

Manage project timelines tightly, often under competitive pressure and short deadlines

Progressively own client accounts, with exposure to Private Equity, Consulting and Corporate teams

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + uncapped performance bonus accessible from your first month

Typical first-year total compensation €19,000 to €23,000+ (with bonus) based on performance

Quarterly and monthly bonus accelerators for top delivery metrics

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field (business focus a plus but not mandatory)

Fluent in English (C1 minimum)

A second language is a major advantage, in particular French, German or Italian

Eligibility to work in the EU (visa sponsorship not currently offered)

Strong communicator with commercial drive, organization and curiosity

Prior internship or first professional exposure great, but we also hire high-potential graduates
