Role Overview

We are hiring an
Arabic-speaking Advertiser Support Consultant
to support business clients of a
leading global social media platform
.

This role is designed for professionals with hands-on experience in
paid digital campaigns
who can combine technical troubleshooting with consultative customer support to drive advertiser success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify service gaps and implement improvements to elevate the advertiser experience
  • Provide end-to-end product and campaign troubleshooting via email and chat
  • Take full ownership of advertiser cases, coordinating with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical, product, or policy-related issues
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, structured, and consistent communication throughout the case lifecycle
  • Meet and exceed SLAs across all support channels, ensuring fast resolution and high productivity
  • Educate advertisers on platform features, best practices, and issue prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with internal technical specialists to deliver scalable, high-quality support

Candidate Profile

  • Native or fluent Arabic and good command of English
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with paid campaign management
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing or AdTech environments
  • Previous experience in advertiser support, contact centers, or social media platforms is highly valued
  • Solid understanding of social media advertising fundamentals and performance metrics
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to manage cases independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: €920 gross/month
  • Complexity bonus: €40/month (paid over 11 months)
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Work Schedule

Initial Phase

  • Monday to Sunday
  • Operating hours: 07:00–19:00
  • Shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00

Later Phase (to Be Confirmed)

  • 24/7 operation with rotating shifts
  • 2 rotating days off
