A Nortempo Seleção encontra-se atualmente em processo de recrutamento para a posição de Purchasing Manager, em colaboração com um cliente de renome situado em Portalegre para integrar um ambiente industrial exigente e dinâmico, assumindo um papel estratégico na gestão de compras da unidade produtiva, com reporte direto à Direção de Fábrica.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gestão integral do processo de compras, assegurando qualidade, custo e prazos de fornecimento;
  • Negociação com fornecedores e desenvolvimento de relações de longo prazo;
  • Otimização da performance de fornecedores ao nível de Quality, Cost, Delivery e Innovation;
  • Gestão de disputas comerciais ao longo da vida do produto e negociação de revisões de preços;
  • Proposta de soluções de estandardização, alterações de processos ou mudanças técnicas e de materiais;
  • Colaboração em auditorias e avaliação de fornecedores em articulação com Qualidade e Logística;
  • Elaboração e acompanhamento de reporting para a Direção;
  • Garantia da sustentabilidade das ações e decisões tomadas.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Gestão, Engenharia (Industrial, Mecânica, Produção ou similar), Economia, Logística ou Supply Chain Management;
  • Experiência consolidada em funções de compras em ambiente industrial (obrigatório);
  • Domínio de técnicas de negociação e ferramentas de procurement (e-procurement, e-sourcing, outsourcing);
  • Experiência na otimização de processos através de metodologias de gestão de projeto e sistemas de informação;
  • Fluência na língua inglesa (obrigatório);
  • Conhecimentos da língua francesa (valorizado);
  • Perfil proativo, curioso, responsivo e orientado para melhoria contínua.

Oferta:

  • Contrato celebrado diretamente com a empresa cliente;
  • Remuneração de acordo com a experiência demonstrada;
  • Salário Base (pelos 14 meses) + SA;
  • Horário: 08h às 17h;
  • Possibilidade de regime híbrido.
