What you'll do

As an AI Engineer, you'll:

  • Design and implement AI-powered automation and internal tools (e.g. ticket triage, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, or log analysis).
  • Build and integrate LLM-based systems and agentic AI solutions (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI into real products and business workflows.
  • Develop scalable backends (Python, FastAPI) and cloud infrastructures (Azure, Kubernetes, OpenStack).
  • Optimize models, ensure reliability, and maintain production-grade AI pipelines.

 
What we're looking for

  • Strong programming skills (Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g. OpenAI API, Hugging Face, scikit-learn).
  • Experience with automation or workflow orchestration (n8n, Airflow, LangChain).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, Kubernetes, OpenStack).
  • Understanding of LLMs, NLP, or agentic AI frameworks.
  • Solid grasp of data privacy, observability, and scalability principles.

Nice to have:

  • Experience deploying or fine-tuning LLMs and integrating them in internal tools.
  • Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Contributions to open-source AI or automation projects.
