Estamos à procura de um Application Support Specialist para se juntar à nossa equipa em Lisboa, em regime hibrido.

Requisitos:

  • 2 Anos de experiência, suporte funcional aplicações de Salesforce;


  • Experiência em gestão de serviço com entidades externas;
  • Capacidade em liderar war-rooms em contexto de incidentes graves, assegurando a coordenação de vários stakeholders até a resolução do incidente;
  • Experiência em desenho de mecanismos de controlos e KPIs em ambiente produtivo;
  • Experiência em trabalhar sistemas ITSM (Por exemplo: Service Now);
  • Preferência de experiência em trabalhar com APM (Ex: Dynatrace);
  • Preferência de experiência do ponto de vista de utilizador consultar logs em Kibana;
  • Preferência de experiência em Sistemas Distribuídos (Microserviços e APIs);
  • Disponibilidade para realizar prevenções.
