Role Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you'll manage a portfolio of small business clients, uncover new business opportunities, and deliver customized solutions to support their growth. Your focus will be on strengthening partnerships, increasing revenue, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively connect with both new and existing clients to uncover sales potential
  • Offer tailored recommendations that align with each client's objectives

  • Develop and maintain a thriving portfolio of small business customers

  • Monitor market trends to provide strategic guidance

  • Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client support and smooth service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • At least one year of experience in Sales
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
  • Eager to learn and grow within the industry
