Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lisboa for a Front Office Assistant Manager in charge of Guest Services. The role involves overseeing day-to-day guest services operations, ensuring efficient handling of all tasks. The position requires a strong focus on excellent customer service and satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will lead and support the team while maintaining high levels of quality and professionalism to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with guests and team members effectively
- Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills are highly valued
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
