What you will do:
- Lead and scale our performance marketing function across Europe, with direct ownership of channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, TV, and Influencer Marketing, managing a €130 million annual marketing spend.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Country teams to align on goals and ensure fast execution, reporting directly to our CMO, Fatjon Meci.
- Drive commercial impact by ensuring our investments deliver profitable growth, guided by data and focused on business outcomes.
- Build and develop talent within a team of around 40 marketing experts, nurturing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Continuously optimize marketing structures, budgets, and processes to increase ROI and accelerate testing cycles.
- Own the marketing roadmap for key product categories and markets, ensuring prioritization is aligned with business needs.
Who we are looking for:
- We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented leader withat least 8 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally across multiple channels.
- A strong foundation in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of driving profitable growth across various channels.
- A proven track record in leading teams or building new team structures.
- Analytical strength and structured thinking – you thrive on data and leverage it to guide decision-making and optimize performance.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including business, product, and tech teams, to drive impactful results.
- A growth mindset with strong ownership, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
