Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Fundraising professional to support the initiatives of the Terra Agora Foundation. The role involves identifying and securing funding opportunities, building relationships with donors and stakeholders, developing and managing fundraising strategies, and ensuring efficient documentation and reporting of funds. The successful candidate will coordinate financial planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the foundation's long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively
  • Proficiency in Investments and an understanding of financial strategies
  • Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles
  • Experience with Fund Accounting processes and systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with donors, partners, and teams
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful fundraising strategies
  • Prior experience in nonprofit organizations or roles related to sustainability is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
