Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of property valuation projects and portfolio analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of market and feasibility reports.
- Present valuation findings, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients.
- Comply with project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support market research and contribute to internal database development.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or Master's in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.
- Understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Curious, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering client-focused solutions.
