What you'll do?

As a Junior Consultant you will have to actively think with your team and clients about their business strategies and the development of organizational and transformational plans. You will be faced with client exposure early on and is expected to contribute greatly to each project's execution.

What requirements do you need?

  • Undergraduate or Masters Degree in Management/ Economy/ Engineering/ Finance with outstanding record of academic achievement
  • Strong business sense, analytical skills and numerical understanding
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Client and result's orientation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively
  • Oral and written fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
