Role Overview:
As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you'll review and manage digital content to confirm it meets platform and community guidelines. With your strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, you'll play an important role in supporting safe online interactions. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy structured tasks, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to make a meaningful contribution in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review user-generated text, images, videos, and links to confirm alignment with platform standards (No Sensitive Content)
Apply moderation policies consistently to support a positive user experience
Respond to user appeals clearly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance policy application and best practices
Stay informed on digital trends to refine moderation approaches
Provide feedback to improve moderation tools and processes
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
