Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Social Media / Digital Support / Customer Service
Fluent in English (C1 level) written and spoken
Strong communication and empathy skills
Ability to assist via chat, email, and phone
Comfortable handling sensitive content
Fast learner with a growth mindset
Available to work on rotating shifts (Monday Sunday)
Must hold EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit
Support SMBs with their presence on the platform
Provide solution-focused support using Metas advertising tools
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all interactions
Paid training no prior experience required
