HR Tech Operations Specialist
and play a crucial role in keeping our HR platforms running seamlessly for employees worldwide

Your Impact

You'll be the backbone of our HR technology ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations across our global platforms:

  • Keep systems running smoothly: Provide daily operational support for our integrated HR platform suite (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Engagement, and Document Management systems)
  • Solve problems efficiently: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues with a focus on quick resolution and user satisfaction
  • Ensure data integrity: Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate, reliable data across all platforms
  • Support decision-making: Prepare standard reports and maintain documentation that keeps People & Culture and business stakeholders informed
  • Enable others: Update knowledge bases and empower People & Culture teams to leverage digital tools more effectively.

What You Bring

  • Platform experience: Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS or digital HR platform (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar)
  • Quality mindset: Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to process compliance and operational excellence
  • Problem-solving approach: Structured, service-oriented thinking that puts user needs first
  • Global collaboration skills: Comfort working in international, virtual teams with clear English communication
