Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers based in the UK, addressing hardware and software-related queries.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of escalated issues.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in our support system.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance your technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a technical support role, preferably with a UK-based customer focus.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software.
  • Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment and different shifts as needed.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
