Position 1: Web Product Implementation Specialist (Online Marketing – EMEA) Start Date: 26/01

Location: Lisbon | Hybrid

Role OverviewAs a Web Product Implementation Specialist, you will support EMEA-based advertisers, helping implement web-based marketing products and establishing a new service for high-profile and critical programs.

  • ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with advertisers and internal teams via phone, email, chat, and video conferences
  • Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to customers
  • Run technical and end-user training sessions
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and optimal product adoption

  • Requirements

Fluency in German (C2 level)
- Good level of English
- Previous experience in implementation, onboarding, digital marketing, or client support is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- EU ID or valid Portuguese Residence Card (mandatory)

  • ScheduleMonday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 40 hours per week (9 hours per day including 1-hour lunch break)

Position 2: Technical Support Representative (German Speaker) Start Date: 25/02

Location: Lisbon | Hybrid

Role OverviewAs a Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers in resolving technical issues or escalating them to higher support levels. Support is provided via inbound calls, chat, and email, primarily in German.

  • Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in German
- Provide support via phone, chat, and email
- Support customers from the education sector
- Act as backup for corporate customers or retention teams when required
- Perform technical troubleshooting and customer account management
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Use English for internal communication and documentation

  • Requirements

Fluency in German (C2 level)
- Good level of English
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
- EU ID or valid Portuguese Residence Card (mandatory)

  • ScheduleMonday to Friday, between 07:00 and 17:00
  • 160 hours per month
  • Working hours may occasionally be distributed irregularly
