PwC Services Portugal (PSP) is a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC Portugal, serving as an integral extension of PwC Luxembourg. Our growing team operates as an acceleration center supporting PwC Luxembourg's clients. Leveraging a unique pool of talented professionals based in Matosinhos, our operating model ensures scalability, consistency, and quality in service delivery by integrating seamlessly into PwC Luxembourg's operations and addressing talent attraction challenges sustainably.

PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

Your Mission
Multitasking and proactive by nature, you like things to be done well and on time. As a true bridge between PwC and our clients, you are the key person to rely on and fully assist the team in the client relationship process from the beginning until the end. You are curious and open-minded, enjoy learning new things every day and conscious that your daily work will evolve with your ambitions and the clients' needs.

Be a part of our team of solvers where you will (specific responsibilities include but are not limited to):

  • Assist key stakeholders such as Partners, Directors and Managers on different processes (follow-up on clients, projects, mission or offers) and is in charge of all deliverables' quality and process check on documents (assistance in typing, guidelines, check of consistency of information);
  • Ensure the engagement cycle is correctly performed and client data is accurately inputted in the systems;
  • Accountable to execute or support the business on the Compliance steps for the opportunity;
  • Update and ensure data quality of assignments, including creation of Work Breakdown Structure and roll-forwards codes;
  • Initiate the contract management process by assisting with Engagement Letters and contracts from standard templates.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management assistance or similar;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in an international and dynamic environment;
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office;
  • The ability to multitask, you are able to work autonomously, and you are team spirited;
  • Great writing skills and synthetic mind;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, French is considered as an asset.
