Job Overview
We are looking for a
French-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Braga. The role involves providing high-quality support to customers through various communication channels while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (or 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM depending on operation needs)
- Days off: Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in French
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach at all times
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
- Document interactions clearly in the system
Requirements
- Native French (C2) – spoken and written
- Good communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
