Job Description
The Practice Lead - Architecture at Nokia is responsible for enhancing the design, deployment, and testing processes within the S&C Services and Care domain for Core networks and Business applications. This role focuses on developing Standard Operating Procedures in collaboration with subject matter experts, managing technical stakeholder relationships, and promoting innovative solutions to optimize practices. The successful candidate will lead risk management and oversee various contributors to ensure high-quality execution. A technical background in engineering and deep expertise in CNS Core or Apps products are essential, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for design, deployment, and testing activities.
  • Act as a technical interface among stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance technical practices.
  • Challenge existing processes to improve methods, tools, and procedures for technical design and deployment.
  • Coordinate contributions from various stakeholders, including Global Business Centers and Legal.
  • Manage and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide oversight and ensure alignment across diverse teams to meet project objectives.
  • Deliver presentations to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in influencing project direction and fostering collaboration.

Key Skills And Experience
Must-Have:

  • Degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Subject matter expertise in CNS Core or Applications products at an Architect level.
  • Proven experience in CNS S&C deployment or care delivery.
  • Excellent presentation skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong risk and issue management capabilities.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software beyond Microsoft Project.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in core networks and business applications.
