About the Job

We are seeking a Marine Sales Engineer for the Portuguese Market within Iberica. Reporting to the Marine Sales Manager in Iberica, you will be responsible for driving and securing profitable growth in Portugal for the Marine Division (Capital and After Sales), in line with the Iberica Sales Marine Division's ambitions.

In this role, you will oversee the complete Capital & Service Sales for the Marine Division in Portugal. You will develop the business and sell products and services to our end customers (Shipowners, Shipyards, Power Plants), as well as to channels and key accounts in the Marine and Diesel Industry across Portugal.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and customer analysis to identify business potential and opportunities, translating insights into impactful sales strategies.
  • Develop and strengthen our partner network for specific Marine Business Units in Portugal.
  • Proactively collaborate with the Iberica Marine Division to deliver results, following the agreed priority action plan and aligning with divisional strategies.
  • Actively engage with the market through visits, meetings, and customer interactions across multiple channels, focusing on understanding customer needs and highlighting the value of our products and services in the Marine Division for the Portuguese market.

What you Know

  • Degree in Marine Engineering (preferred) or a related field.
  • Solid commercial orientation with at least 5 years of technical sales experience in the Marine Market.
  • Knowledge of separation technology is highly valued.
  • Portuguese, Spanish, and English speaker.
  • Resident in the Lisbon area.
  • Willingness to travel within Spain and Portugal.
