Commercial / Litigation Legal Secretary

Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Diploma / Legal secretarial qualification or qualification in a legal field
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a Commercial / Litigation Legal Secretary
- Strong understanding of High Court litigation procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience working with commercial agreements
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail (non-negotiable)
- Experience using Legal Suite
- Legal secretarial qualification or qualification in a legal field
- Must live in or surrounding areas of Cape Town CBD
- Full secretarial support to Commercial and Litigation attorneys
- Drafting, formatting, and managing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing High Court litigation processes, filings, and deadlines
- Handling commercial agreements and related documentation
- Diary management, court dates, and client liaison
- General legal administration and document control
Monday – Thursday: 08h00 – 17h00
Friday: 08h00 – 16h00
Some overtime might be required.
