The future of data resilience is here - go fearlessly forward with us.About The RoleVeeam Quality Assurance team invites you to work on Veeam products with Veeam QA professionals in the Poland R&D office.What You'll DoSupport/maintenance/troubleshooting of virtualization infrastructure – VMware mainly, some Hyper-V and KVM based virtualization solutions (Proxmox, XCP-ng)Remote support/maintenance/troubleshooting of enterprise-grade hardware: Server hardware (Generic IPMI/iDRAC/iLO); Data Storage Systems (DAS, iSCSI, FC, NVMEoF)Support/maintenance/troubleshooting of foundational infrastructure services: DHCP, DNS, MS ADCommunicating with other participants of the product development and testing process regarding technical issues (HW/SW related)Tasks and procedures optimization and automationProactive research of new approaches and solutionsWriting and keeping up to date internal KB articlesMonitoring services management and maintenance (Zabbix, VMware Aria for logs/Operations)Support/maintenance/troubleshooting of local backup solutions (VBR)Keeping asset information up to dateWhat You'll BringTechnical education or passion for technology2 plus years on similar positionEnglish proficiency for daily communication within international teamsKnowledge of Microsoft software stack and key technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V, AD, DNS, DHCP)Administration experience of VMware vSphere products or KVM based virtualization solutionsExperience in implementing new services/software solutionsScripting experience (PowerShell/Python)Bonus SkillsDeep knowledge of VMware vSphere product line (ESXi, vCenter)KVM based virtualization administrating experienceLinux administrating experience, bash scripting, advanced knowledge of Linux OS.Monitoring/observability tools setup and maintenance (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana)Experience with Ansible/TerraformTechnologies You'll Work WithVMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-VMicrosoft AD/Entra IDPowerShell, PythonWindows, Linux, UnixWhat You'll Get26 paid days off annually, plus 3 global VeeaMe Days for self-care and paid volunteer time
