- Academic training or interest in Human Resources, Training or similar areas;
- Previous experience in administrative or training support roles;
- Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments;
- Good knowledge of IT tools, with a special focus on Excel (data organization, analysis and reporting);
- Ease in using digital platforms and collaborative tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges;
- High sense of responsibility, organization and rigor;
- Critical and analytical thinking, with autonomy in problem solving;
- Good planning skills, priority management and attention to detail;
- Proactive, dynamic and results-oriented attitude;
- Availability, flexibility and commitment to the objectives of the role.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze training needs, in coordination with different areas of the organization;
- Research, select, and manage relationships with suppliers and training providers;
- Plan, organize, and monitor internal and external training activities;
- Ensure the administrative management of training: registrations, schedules, attendance, and associated documentation;
- Ensure employee attendance and participation in training activities;
- Record, update, and analyze training data in Excel, ensuring the reliability of information;
- Prepare reports and indicators to monitor training activities;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and propose continuous improvements;
- Support the optimization of internal processes in the training area.
