We are seeking a
French-Speaking Customer Advisor
to join our dynamic and international team in
Lisbon, Portugal

strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct
    customer support
    to French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users with queries related to the search engine's services, including troubleshooting, navigation, and privacy settings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by deeply understanding users' concerns and offering
    clear, accurate solutions
    .
  • Educate customers on new product features and help optimize their overall search experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate technical issues and ensure quick, timely resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of
    professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving
    throughout every interaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, industry trends, and updates to ensure the highest quality of support.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French
    (C1-C2 level) and
    proficient in English
    (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but
    not required
    .
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and digital platforms.
  • Must be able to work
    on-site in Lisbon
    .
  • A dedicated team player with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
