, com projetos em Lisboa, Porto e também em mercados internacionais Oferecendo soluções personalizadas para clientes e acompanhamento contínuo aos colaboradores, desde a entrevista até à integração no projeto.

Estamos à procura de um profissional com experiência em Visual & Commercial Coordinator, capaz de atuar num contexto dinâmico, orientado à resolução e com forte interação entre equipas internas e externas.

Principais responsabilidades:


•Assegurar a correta aplicação das guidelines visuais garantindo o cumprimento de standards operacionais e concretização de objetivos comerciais;


•Gestão de contas Wholesale;


•Adaptar a estratégia visual à realidade e layout de cada loja, potenciando o impacto comercial;


•Atua como formador(a) nacional da marca, assegurando a transmissão dos standards, valores e práticas operacionais às equipas;


•Planear e coordenar aberturas, remodelações e implementações visuais em colaboração com a equipa central;


•Realizar visitas regulares às lojas para formar e acompanhar as equipas de loja em técnicas de VM e manutenção da imagem da marca;


•Analisar vendas, KPIs e indicadores de desempenho, propondo ações corretivas e oportunidades de crescimento com planos de ação bem definidos;

Requisitos:


•Formação Académica ao nível da Licenciatura em Marketing/Gestão;


•Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 anos em funções de Visual Merchandising ou Gestão de Lojas;


•Forte capacidade analítica e sensibilidade comercial;


•Competências de liderança, comunicação e motivação de equipas;


•Disponibilidade para deslocações frequentes;


•Domínio do inglês (outras línguas valorizadas).
