Role Description

This is a full-time remotr position a Senior AI Software Engineer. The Senior AI Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence algorithms and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing AI models, optimizing machine learning pipelines, and ensuring the scalability of AI systems within the company's platform. You will also contribute to troubleshooting and maintaining AI-related software to drive innovation in customer engagement solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence technologies ( min 5+ years)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
  • Experience with Data Science, Data Analysis, and statistical modeling
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing AI-driven solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet project deadlines
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field; PhD is a plus
  • Relevant work experience in AI engineering, preferably in consumer engagement platforms or a related domain
  • Familiarity with ethical AI practices and a strong commitment to security and data privacy
