Main Responsibilities – Russian Customer Service Roles in Porto- Deliver prompt, friendly, and solution-focused support to Russian-speaking players via live chat, email, and telephone
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, games, payments, promotions, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Guide users through the online platform and ensure clear communication regarding processes and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, payments, compliance) to handle escalations and follow-up cases
- Document cases accurately in the CRM system, ensuring information is up to date and thorough
- Uphold company policies, regulatory standards, and responsible gaming principles in all customer interactions
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Native or fluent Russian speaker with good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within iGaming, technology, hospitality, or related sectors
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced online environment
- Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and time management
- Comfortable with shift-based work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Confident using computers, online platforms, and customer management tools
- Eligible to work in Portugal and available for on-site presence in Porto
