Responsible for providing expert counsel on a broad range of issues and ensure that all legal in-house activities of the Group (with respect to Portugal and to other countries) are managed in accordance with the Department and the Group's goals.
The Impact You'll Make
- Contract Revision & Legal Opinions:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations and align with the company's strategic goals.
- Provide well-reasoned and thoroughly researched legal opinions to support business decisions.
- Analyse complex legal issues and provide clear, concise, and actionable legal advice.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments to provide legal support and guidance;
- Support business development activities, including due diligence processes and strategic partnerships.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's degree in Law;
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience preferably with exposure to Life Sciences, Corporate Law, International Commercial Law;
- Demonstrated integrity and strong ethical standards;
- Versatility to address a broad range of legal matters in a multicultural environment, including areas beyond core expertise;
- Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Exposure to Intellectual Property matters
- Proficiency in English.
