Our mission is to help financial institutions stay ahead of regulatory change, so they can launch new products and expand into new markets 10x faster without hitting compliance bottlenecks.
What is this role?
We're looking for a Client Solutions Manager to own the success and growth of our relationships with major financial institutions. This is a consultative role, not a technical one. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across compliance, legal, risk, and operations – understanding their regulatory challenges, designing solutions using our platform, and ensuring adoption across the organisation.
This is about customer success and account expansion. You'll be responsible for ensuring clients get maximum value from our platform, identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within the account, and acting as the voice of the client back to our product and engineering teams.
What you'll do:
Own client relationships and drive adoption
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building deep relationships with senior stakeholders across compliance, legal, risk, IT, and operations
- Understand client workflows, pain points, and regulatory challenges through consultative discovery
- Design and oversee the implementation of solutions that integrate our platform seamlessly into client operations
- Drive adoption by ensuring teams understand how to use our platform effectively and see tangible value
- Proactively manage client health, flag risks, and intervene to ensure long-term success
Expand account footprint
- Identify opportunities to expand usage across departments, use cases, and geographies within the account
- Work with internal stakeholders to structure proposals and business cases for expansion
- Build a strategic account plan that maps stakeholders, use cases, and growth opportunities
Bridge the gap between client needs and product development
- Translate client feedback into clear requirements for the product and engineering teams
- Advocate for client needs internally and ensure their voices shape our roadmap
- Spot opportunities for new features or solutions based on emerging regulatory challenges
Who we're looking for:
- 5-7 years in a consulting or advisory role, ideally at a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or in a client-facing implementation role for technical solutions
- Experience working with compliance, legal, or risk teams at financial institutions
- Track record of driving adoption, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding accounts
- You've worked in a fast-moving, early-stage environment and are comfortable with ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and building processes from scratch
- Confident working with senior executives and building trusted advisor relationships
- Able to translate complex problems into clear solutions and align cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English plus one other European language (required)
- Based in continental Europe with willingness to work on-site at client offices and occasional travel to the UK
