Para reforçar a Direção de Sistemas de Informação, procuramos um(a)
Application Operations Specialist
para integrar a área de
Enterprise Application Management Operations
, assumindo um papel fundamental na monitorização, suporte e evolução das aplicações críticas que suportam a operação da organização.

Este(a) profissional terá como missão assegurar a estabilidade, performance e melhoria contínua do portefólio aplicacional, garantindo respostas eficazes a incidentes, colaborando com equipas multidisciplinares e contribuindo para a adoção de boas práticas operacionais.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Garantir a
    monitorização contínua
    da disponibilidade e desempenho das aplicações críticas.
  • Colaborar na
    análise, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes
    , garantindo tempos de resposta eficazes.
  • Apoiar a
    configuração, manutenção e atualização
    das aplicações, incluindo aplicação de patches, parametrização e suporte a processos de deployment e upgrades.
  • Participar na
    gestão de incidentes
    , assegurando o registo, acompanhamento e comunicação interequipas.
  • Desenvolver e manter
    documentação técnica e funcional
    , incluindo planos e casos de teste e atualização da base de conhecimento.
  • Utilizar sistemas de ticketing e ferramentas de reporting para
    troubleshooting
    e melhoria contínua.
  • Propor e implementar
    melhorias de performance e eficiência
    , adotando boas práticas de operação.
  • Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre novas tecnologias e tendências relevantes para a área de operações aplicacionais.

Perfil procurado

  • Licenciatura em Gestão, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia Biomédica ou áreas similares.
  • Experiência mínima de
    3 anos
    em suporte e operações de aplicações.
  • Familiaridade com
    ferramentas de monitorização e diagnóstico
    .
  • Fortes competências de
    resolução de problemas
    e troubleshooting.
  • Conhecimentos valorizados em
    ITIL
    ou frameworks similares de gestão de serviços.
  • Bons conhecimentos de
    inglês
    .
  • Competências pessoais: comunicação eficaz, pensamento crítico, relacionamento interpessoal, autonomia e foco em resultados.
