How cool do you think it is to create a new industry? At Pleez we are helping restaurants optimise their food delivery revenues. We created the first powerBI for restaurants, that matches performance data (sales, orders, margin, etc) with market intelligence (competition, live promotions, market evolution) to give strategic insights.

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Optimize and implement onboarding processes for restaurants;
- Responsible for executing menu changes and ensure their quality;
- Work side by side with the Account Management team to ensure the development and accomplishment of new strategies.
Proactive and resilient: with Duracell batteries;
Hands-on player who likes to be on the ground, side-by-side with our clients;
Focused on results and quality;
Spanish fluent is a plus;
A customer-centric attitude and the ability to create long lasting relationships with our partners;
Team player;
Critical mindset to give inputs to the product development market fit.
