No âmbito do novo desenho organizacional da Fidelidade e da nova estrutura para as áreas de negócio não vida e não vida risco, estamos neste momento a recrutar perfis de Product Performance & Strategy Analyst para a Direção de Negócio Automóvel e Patrimoniais (DNAP) e para a Direção de Negócio Pessoais (DNPV).

QUAL O DESAFIO?

  • Analisar o desempenho operacional e do portefólio, transformando dados em insights acionáveis alinhados com a estratégia do negócio;
  • Monitorizar tendências de mercado, concorrência, oportunidades e riscos;
  • Desenvolver e divulgar relatórios, indicadores de gestão e dashboards de apoio à decisão;
  • Garantir, em conjunto com outras áreas, a disponibilidade de dados e ferramentas para suporte às análises;
  • Co-definir e acompanhar métricas estratégicas para produtos, canais e processos;
  • Contribuir para a definição do portefólio de produtos por ramo de negócio e segmento de cliente;
  • Apoiar ou liderar a elaboração do orçamento técnico anual e acompanhar a execução orçamental.

SE ÉS ALGUÉM QUE TEM…

  • Formação superior em Gestão, Economia, Engenharia, Matemática ou área semelhante (ou experiência relevante);
  • Forte capacidade analítica, de tratamento e interpretação de dados, aplicando modelos estatísticos para identificar padrões e tendências;
  • Experiência com ERP (SAP) e ferramentas de análise/visualização (Power BI, SAS, etc.);
  • Competências de comunicação e capacidades de estruturação de relatórios capaz de estruturar relatórios e dashboards para apoio à decisão;
  • Visão estratégica, compreensão do negócio e conhecimento de demonstrações financeiras (P&L);
  • Experiência em gestão de stakeholders e capacidade de negociação entre áreas;
  • Perfil proativo, resiliente, colaborativo e autónomo;
  • Fluência em Inglês.
