The Role
We are hiring a
VP Group Strategy & Operations
— a high-caliber operator responsible for keeping the entire LSIG ecosystem moving at top speed.
You will ensure seamless collaboration between portfolio companies, unlock synergies in people, capital, and customers, and make sure every CEO executes with focus and accountability.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of
strategy, execution, and leadership
— a force multiplier who ensures the group operates as one powerful, integrated machine.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Execution Velocity
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across portfolio companies.
- Ensure initiatives are executed rapidly and efficiently.
- Implement accountability frameworks and monitor key execution metrics.
Enable Synergy & Collaboration
- Build systems for
shared resources
— finance, marketing, legal, tech, logistics. - Drive
cross-portfolio commercial synergies
— leveraging existing customers between companies. - Create structures for shared learning, innovation, and best practices.
Oversee Group Performance
- Maintain a
live performance dashboard
across all LSIG companies. - Track revenue growth, margins, and operational efficiency group-wide.
- Support the CEO and CFO in data-driven capital allocation and performance reviews.
Leadership & Influence
- Push and support portfolio CEOs to deliver on strategic priorities.
- Uphold LSIG's leadership principles —
accountability, proactivity, courage, relentlessness, action, and relationship-building. - Ensure every company operates with alignment to the group's vision and rhythm.
Ideal Profile
- 7–12 years of experience in
operations, consulting, or portfolio management - Strong grasp of business models in
tech, fintech, or e-commerce - Proven ability to
drive execution across multiple entities - Analytical and operationally rigorous — fluent with financial and performance metrics
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable influencing CEOs and founders
- Fluent in English (Portuguese or Dutch is a plus)
- Based in or frequently present in the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain
