The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising all training activities associated with the ERP Dynamics AX to SAP S/4HANA & Ariba migration program, in an international and multi-branch context.

The goal is to ensure the effective adoption of the new solution by end users through a structured approach to training and change management.

• 5+ years of experience in training management, change management, or project management in the context of digital transformation or ERP.
• Proven experience in international deployment programs (multi-country, multi-branch), preferably in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, or Dynamics AX.

Practical experience in:

• Developing training plans (planning, milestones, deliverables)
• Creating and coordinating training content (storyboards, manuals, e-learning, videos, job aids)
• Logistical and operational management of training sessions (calls, trainers, rooms, feedback)
• Training effectiveness assessment and post-Go Live content adjustment (hypercare phase)
• Experience in organizational impact analysis and management of the adoption of new tools/processes.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with core model teams, local teams, integrators, and external partners.
