Job Summary:

The Senior Legal Contracts Specialist supports the end-to-end contract lifecycle within a GBS framework. This role ensures that contracts are accurately drafted, reviewed, negotiated, tracked, and stored in compliance with legal and corporate standards. The coordinator acts as a liaison between legal, procurement, finance, and business units to streamline contract workflows and maintain operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Draft, review, and amend standard contracts including NDAs, commercial agreements, procurement agreements and distribution agreements

  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and business teams to gather inputs and clarify contract terms

  • Maintain and update contract templates and clause libraries in line with evolving business needs and legal requirements

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the legal, procurement and commercial teams

  • Manage legal documentation, contracts, and filing systems

  • Assist in implementing and adopting contract automation tools and process improvements

  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and compliance tracking


 

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a procurement, contracting, commercial, legal, compliance, or corporate support role

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

  • Strong understanding of standard contract structures and legal terminology

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal tech platforms (familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management systems is highly desirable)
