YOUR ROLECapgemini is looking for a Associate Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Lisbon
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the development of technical and commercial proposals in the automation field;
- Act as a tech lead in the definition and implementation of testing frameworks;
- Serve as a technical mentor for junior profiles, promoting best practices and continuous improvement;
- Actively contribute to the evolution of the automation offering, aligning it with market and client needs.
- At least 1 years of experience in automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appian, Playwright,Katalon etc.);
- Experience in CI/CD, test integration in pipelines, and reusable frameworks;
- Technical leadership and team guidance skills;
- Strategic vision and ability to collaborate with commercial and product areas;
- Ability to think in terms of algorithms, logic, and architecture is valued, with adaptability to different tech stacks;
- Availability to work in Lisbon;
