YOUR ROLE

Capgemini is looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Lisbon

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Support the development of technical and commercial proposals in the automation field;
• Act as a tech lead in the definition and implementation of testing frameworks;
• Serve as a technical mentor for junior profiles, promoting best practices and continuous improvement;
• Actively contribute to the evolution of the automation offering, aligning it with market and client needs.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years of experience in automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appian, Playwright,Katalon etc.);
• Experience in CI/CD, test integration in pipelines, and reusable frameworks;
• Technical leadership and team guidance skills;
• Strategic vision and ability to collaborate with commercial and product areas;
• Ability to think in terms of algorithms, logic, and architecture is valued, with adaptability to different tech stacks;
• Availability to work in Lisbon;
